When it comes to entertainment, Matt Riddle is a name that has been entertaining the fans on WWE television. However, Riddle has not been seen on WWE television since last December. He violated the WWE Wellness Policy, and as a punitive measure, WWE suspended him for 2 months. He has been on a rehab program since then. However, there have been backstage speculations regarding Matt Riddle’s return to the main roster.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there have not been any open backstage discussions about Riddle. He said that WWE might be planning to bring back the former tag team champions to WWE television. Therefore, the company is trying to keep his return a surprise by not mentioning his name anywhere behind the scenes. Moreover, the observer said that Riddle’s 60-day suspension has already ended, and he’s eligible to make his comeback anytime. Therefore, it’s likely that the former NXT star will make his ultimate return before WrestleMania 39.
On the December 6 episode of Raw, the WWE Universe got a last glimpse of Riddle on WWE TV. He was taken to the local medical facility following the assault by Solo Sikoa. As a result, WWE did this in order to keep him away from the television. However, a few weeks ago, Dave Meltzer reported that Riddle had completed his rehab program. Besides, the 37-year-old had also received his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Daniel Gracie. Therefore, WWE fans are excited to see him come back on WWE television.
WrestleMania is the biggest night of the year, and it’s every superstar’s dream to be a part of it. Thus, it is likely that Matt Riddle will make a return to WWE ahead of Mania. It will be interesting to see whether the fans see the reunion of RK-Bro or if Riddle will continue his singles run.
However, there are chances that he might face Solo Sikoa on the biggest night of the year. The possibilities are endless for the former tag team champion. Hence, it would be interesting to see what Triple H has in mind for the former NXT star after his comeback.

Should WWE bring back the RK-Bro?

The RK-Bro was perhaps one of the most incredible factions that served pure entertainment to the fans in the post-Thunderdome era. As a result, the fans were glued to their TV screens. Moreover, Matt Riddle and Randy Orton achieved huge success as members of the faction. The bromance between the two was unmatched, which exhilarated the WWE Universe. However, the fans have been missing the chemistry and bromance ever since they disappeared from television.
Besides, the fans would love to see the two of them get a single to push after their return. Moreover, there are endless creative directions for Orton and Riddle after their comeback. WWE can involve the Apex Predator in a program with Gunther, which many believe to be a dream match. On the other hand, Riddle can begin a good storyline with Solo Sikoa or Finn Balor. Therefore, the two of them can have their own individual runs, in which the WWE Universe would definitely invest.
WrestleMania 39 is just a few days away, and the fans are excited to see two of their favorite superstars return. It would be interesting to see what the future holds for Orton and Riddle ahead of WrestleMania.
