Three-time Grammy Award winner tops WWE’s list of merchandise sales
WWE's merchandise sales reveal a lot about a superstar's popularity, which the company takes special interest in.

Besides being a world-renowned record artist, Bad Bunny has another feature in his cap. For the second consecutive week, Bad Bunny and The LWO have been the top merchandise-selling entities for WWE. Bad Bunny stunned the world when he took on Damian Priest at Backlash, which took place in the wrestlers’ home country of Puerto Rico.
The event received praise from fans and critics, with Brock Lesnar vs. Cody Rhodes main eventing and Priest and Bunny co-main eventing. Zelina Vega fought for the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship. What remained the highlight of the show was Bad Bunny’s incredible performance in the ring against Damian Priest.
According to Wrestlenomics, Bad Bunny and The LWO hold the number one and two spots, respectively, for the top merchandise sellers. They are followed by Rhea Ripley, Seth Rollins, and Cody Rhodes for the later spots. Therefore, it is evident that the Rey Mysterio-led group has been a favorite among the fans since WrestleMania 39 weekend.
The faction got one of the loudest reactions in SmackDown history when the show took place in Puerto Rico the night before Backlash. Rey Mysterio and LWO have been feuding with The Judgment Day for a long time. On the homegoing edition of SmackDown before Backlash, Bad Bunny came to the rescue of Mysterio and joined forces with the group.
Bunny’s association also, in turn, boosted the popularity of the LWO which was otherwise nowhere near the top of the company. The fans’ reception that LWO is getting every week, is incredible. They have extreme potential to create main event-level stars like Santos Escobar and Zelina Vega. The faction has been dominating WWE merchandise sales.
