Corbin offering an End Of Days to Lynch
It has been a long time since Baron Corbin, presently named as Happy Corbin, is performing as a WWE upper-card villain. The path of the journey for him is not smooth as most people despise him. This leads to the judgement that Corbin has been maintaining his image as per the expectations of the company.
The Extreme Rules 2019 featured Baron Corbin, who teamed up with Lacey Evans. They were booked for a match to fight Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch. In that match, an appealing event took place when Corbin hit Lynch with his finishing manoeuvre End of Days. To save his wife, Rollins made up his mind to take his advantage. He finally defeated Corbin and the match resulted in favour of Seth and Becky. Later, Baron Corbin revealed some unfortunate events regarding this matter. The storyline was so intense that he had even received many death threats following this bout.
When Baron Corbin joined Ryan Satin on the newest edition of the Out of Character Podcast, he discussed about his status in the company. He joined the main roster in 2012. Since then, he is considered as one of the most loathed wrestlers in the WWE. When Baron Corbin smashed Becky with his “End Of Days” finisher at Extreme Rules 2019, things started going wrong for him and he also opens up that why being a professional wrestler requires thick skin.
“When I hit Becky with the End of Days, I was getting death threats,” Corbin said. “On a regular basis. 95% of [critics] are on the internet or safely behind somewhere they can’t be accessed. Roman said it the best one time, that he’s never met a hater in real life. That’s the same kind of thing with me.
“It would be funny if at the airport, all the guys hanging there for autographs were like open your Twitter and let me see if you’re blocked or not to decide if you can get an autograph. It’s funny, it’s the cool thing to do now in life, people just want to drag people down, it makes them feel good but my whole career has been that way with social media but now it’s 10x with the way the world is. You got to have thick skin man.”
‘Happy’ Baron Corbin draft picks for NFL 2022
It has been come to recent news that Happy Corbin was one of the four WWE wrestlers, who announced their parts of selection at the night two of 2022 NFL draft. The NFL Draft took place on Thursday night. It consisted of several rounds two and three taking place on Friday. On Saturday, the rest of the rounds upto seven will take place. Corbin was seen to announce for a second round choice for the Kansas City Chiefs.
