“It’s the same,” Batista comments on whether he’ll ever return to wrestling

One thing that makes Batista different from other superstars is his class and elegance. Whatever the task may be, he will do it with perfection. Currently, Batista is enjoying his acting career away from the world of wrestling.
Speaking about his wrestling career, Batista is known as one of the greats of WWE. In his career, he fought many big names in the company and was a six-time World Champion. He held the championship for 282 days, which was his personal best. Batista was also a three-time World Tag Team Champion and a two-time Royal Rumble winner. Many fans want him to wrestle again as, at this age, he still has a good physique. But it seems like Batista has a different opinion.
In an interview on the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Batista stated that he is officially retired and will never wrestle again. As per Batista, his last match, where he gave his all but still lost to Triple H at WrestleMania 35, had an ending that can only be witnessed in storybooks. He added that he has no interest in coming back and breaking his retirement. Although fans believe he will make one more in-ring appearance at WWE before being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. However, Batista compared his last match with Triple H to his character Drax’s last appearance in Guardians of the Galaxy III.
Batista said, “It’s the perfect exit. We all had those perfect character arcs and such a storybook ending. I constantly relate it to the way I ended my wrestling career. I ended it on a storybook note. And I would never go back and tarnish that. And it’s the same with this”.

Batista’s eagerness to act in a romantic lead role in future projects
Batista was a professional wrestler before he changed his career to acting. He started his acting career in 2006. Since then, he has been shining in the acting industry too. Batista has worked in different roles with different high-profile celebrities and directors.
But one thing that Batista eagerly awaits is a lead role in a romantic film. He was in the lead role in many action films, such as the role of Drax in Guardians of the Galaxy or in Spectre, where he acted as a villain against James Bond. Despite all these powerful roles, Batista wants to become multi-talented and handle any role offered to him.
Despite not being in a romantic role, Batista has shown the world that he can pull off big roles with perfection. He has also tried to play different roles rather than only serious ones. Batista’s acting as a romantic lead will add another achievement to his bucket list.
