The year 2022 was a good one for Bayley, as she returned to the WWE by forming a new stable. The WWE Universe has praised the Role Model’s work as the leader of ‘Damage CTRL.’ Forming a stable of her own has been a great development for her character.

After her return, Bayley entered into a rivalry with Bianca Belair but failed to win the RAW Women’s Championship. Currently, she has been feuding with Becky Lynch. This past week on RAW, Lynch confronted Bayley and wanted to end the matter by having a match against her. However, The Role Model suggested that Lynch should find a tag team partner and fight Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky.

Lynch vowed to fight them alone, and the match began. With Lynch in trouble, she was saved by Mia Yim, who joined her as her tag team partner. Lynch was busy attacking Bayley, which was an advantage for Sky and Kai, and they managed to secure a win. Sky performed a moonsault on Yim to seal the deal.

The Role Model has been exceptional in her heel turn, with many calling it the best work of her career. Bayley has been considered a pillar of the women’s locker room by many and is an inspiration to young talents.

Bayley recently completed a decade in the WWE and posted about her 10-year anniversary on Twitter. NXT star Indi Hartwell, who sites Bayley as her inspiration, responded by saying “Without you there’d be no me”. The Role Model replied to her by writing, “Proud of you.”

Back in September 2022, during an interview with The Five Count, Bayley spoke about her future goals in WWE. She expressed a desire to work with many women in NXT. The Role Model said that she wants to either main-event WrestleMania or have a singles match at the event. She wants to hand over the division in good hands, and that’s what DAMAGE CTRL is all about.

“There’s a lot of women in NXT that I would love to do some stories with, tell some stories with, but I still haven’t main-evented WrestleMania…… I think the bigger picture is just to leave the division in good hands, and that’s what Damage CTRL is all about……so I know it’s going to be a little bit until I can feel satisfied.”

Bayley definitely deserves all these things before she retires. She has established herself as a phenomenal performer in the company over the years. With her completing 10 years in the WWE, fans can’t wait to see what’s next for her.
