The Royal Rumble was an explosive event. It delivered some stacked matches. However, the highlight of the show was Role Model Bayley finally coming out on top as she won the Women’s Royal Rumble. Following her win, she posted a vicious message for Rhea Ripley, implicitly laying out a challenge for her.

Bayley, on her X account, posted a message. She acknowledged her recent record of being the woman with the highest time spent in a single Rumble match. It was a record set by Rhea Ripley earlier. However, the Role Model broke it. She added in her message that in the same way she destroyed Mami’s record, she would also destroy Ripley at WrestleMania 40.

Besides, the Royal Rumble winner has challenged Ripley to a match at WrestleMania. However, an official announcement has yet to be made. According to some rumors, the Role Model might face her longtime friend Iyo Sky for the women’s championship at the Showcase of the Immortals.

The former Women’s Champion has certainly solidified her legacy after winning the Royal Rumble after appearing so early in the match. It is going to be interesting to see where the future of the 34-year-old superstar is headed from here on out. Only time will tell who Bayley will end up facing at the Grandest Stage of Them All.

Bayley was present at the Royal Rumble press conference after the show. She answered many questions regarding her win and the next step. She replied to all of them positively and provided some life-changing advice. The Role Model reflected on her initial time with WWE. She said if she had been turned down by her lows, she would have given up long ago.

However, Bayley divulged that her first few Rumbles were not memorable due to lackluster performances. However, she has always looked at the positive aspects of her life. The Role Model expressed that if she had not focused on the bigger picture, she wouldn’t have won the Royal Rumble in 2024.

I don't want to sound too cheesy [by saying to them], 'Just hang in there,' but from the first rumble that we've had, to one of my first 1 or 2 years on the main roster, to now where we are, it's all about consistency and just seeing the bigger picture, because if you get stuck in all the dips and swerves and everything that this business throws at you, I could have never done what I did tonight. I could have given up so long ago. So, [it is] such a difference.

The former women’s champion advised people to be consistent. She backed up her statement by giving examples of her initial years. The Role Model is a veteran of professional wrestling. She has an illustrious career, and the win at the Royal Rumble adds another achievement under her belt. Besides, her role is going to be prominent from here on out for the women’s division in WWE on the road to WrestleMania.
