Bayley shares a hilarious reaction after 32-year-old superstar vows to dethrone Iyo Sky for the Women’s Championship at any cost
The Role Model has mocked Zelina Vega following the latter's bold prophecy.

At least for now, everything seems fine within the Damage CTRL. Iyo Sky has steadily overtaken the reins of the group, flanked by Bayley‘s nuances. Is there anyone at the moment who could dig deep and pose a viable threat to Sky’s title? Well, Zelina Vega thinks so. She took to X while quoting Iyo’s post, where the latter seemed ready to set off for her WWE commitments by air.
Vega simply wrote that one way or another, she was going to take that title from the Genius of the Sky. Before the fans could even react, Sky’s close ally Bayley lodged into the comment section and dropped a bunch of laughing emoticons.
Having said that, the reactions that were supposed to arrive in favor of Zelina over what she had said for Sky fizzled down. Bayley’s inclusion made everyone talk about what could potentially be on the horizon for her.
I’m gonna take that title from you. One way or another. Remember this tweet.Zelina Vega via X
As the fans witnessed on SmackDown this week, the Damage CTRL issued a stern warning for the entire women’s locker room, as Bayley led the talks for them. The Role Model first said that Asuka and Kairi Sane are ready to go after the Women’s Tag Team titles currently held by Chelsea Green and Piper Niven. And then Bayley officially announced her entry into the 2024 Women’s Royal Rumble match.
But she does not intend to challenge Iyo Sky if Bayley ends up winning the Royal Rumble. Instead, at the top of her voice, the former Hugger declared that she’d be coming after Rhea Ripley. That sounds like one hell of an idea. However, the question is: will WWE take that route?
What seems to be the endgame for Bayley’s stay in Damage CTRL?
Despite Bayley’s success last week, it can’t be denied that she’s had a bumpy road of late. Ever since Asuka and Kairi Sane joined the Damage CTRL, Iyo Sky seems to have morphed into the centerpiece of the stable, whereas the currently inactive Dakota Kai is carrying out the mouthpiece duties.
Recently, on an episode of SmackDown, the group told Bayley to stay backstage instead of going out with them to cut a promo. It’s palpable; cracks have developed between Bayley and the rest of the field. Having said that, the fans are gunning for The Role Model to break the shackles and start the new year with a bang.
Even though Bayley has affirmed that she’s going after Rhea Ripley if she emerges victorious in St. Petersburg on January 27 at the Royal Rumble, there might be a twist in the tale for her. Rumors are already swirling around that she could challenge her Damage CTRL stablemate Iyo Sky for the gold at WrestleMania.
