Bayley won the 2024 Women’s Royal Rumble after lasting in the match for a record-setting 63 minutes and 3 seconds. She eliminated seven superstars from the bout and picked up the victory. The Role Model predicted that the Damage CTRL would dominate the wrestling world, and that’s exactly what happened.

Bayley took to X and shared a post where she got a new haircut following her Royal Rumble victory.
The words ‘ITYS’ are at the back of her head, meaning ‘I told you so’. That implied her prediction to win the Royal Rumble and challenge Women’s World Champion, Rhea Ripley, at WrestleMania.

The 34-year-old made an appearance with Damage CTRL to address the WWE Universe after her victory. Bayley challenged Mami for the title match at WrestleMania; however, she was not the only one who had Rhea on her target list. The Irresistible Force, Nia Jax, brutally attacked the champion and warned everybody, specifically the Royal Rumble winner, that she wouldn’t be able to make it to WrestleMania.

Many fans are expecting a major twist in the storyline: Damage CTRL will betray Bayley, who will subsequently turn face. This will result in The Role Model challenging the current WWE Women’s Champion, Iyo Sky, instead of Rhea. It will be interesting to see what transpires in the upcoming weeks.

Bayley to announce her WrestleMania 40 decision on this week’s WWE SmackDown

The Women’s Royal Rumble winner, Bayley, appeared on this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw to address the WWE Universe. However, after a brutal attack on Rhea Ripley by Nia Jax during the segment, The Role Model announced that she would make her decision on the upcoming edition of SmackDown.

The 34-year-old has two choices: either go for the Women’s World Champion or go after her friend, WWE Women’s Champion, Iyo Sky. Although Bayley announced that she would go after Mami before the Royal Rumble match, an interesting twist could be set in place for the future. 

Another interesting fact the fans noticed was that Dakota Kai was without her knee brace and may soon play an important part in this storyline. Only time will tell what the future holds for Damage CTRL.
