Last month, Becky Lynch locked horns with Tiffany Stratton in a gruesome Extreme Rules match at NXT No Mercy. The Man prevailed over Stratton to retain her coveted NXT Women’s Championship. However, she suffered a severe laceration during the battle. Eight days into the injury, Becky Lynch has provided an update on her excruciating injury.
Taking to her social media, the 36-year-old superstar provided an update on her injury to the fans. She shared a glimpse of her stitched-up, wounded arm on X, and wrote, “In day eight looking great!”, indicating that it has been eight days into the injury. The looks of her stitched arm raised concern among some fans.
In the aftermath of the overwhelmingly brutal matchup with Tiffany at No Mercy, Becky Lynch sustained a dreadful gash to her arm. The Man’s left arm was seemingly cut open after Stratton connected with a ferocious powerbomb over the garbage can.
Around a week ago, Becky Lynch updated on her injury by sharing a graphic image of her untreated, bloody gash on her Instagram. The wounded arm needed 11 stitches to hold it together. Despite not fully recovering, Lynch will defend her title against Tegan Nox in the coming episode of Raw.

Becky Lynch has found her next opponent in NXT’s Lyra Valkyria
Over the past month, Becky Lynch has proven herself to be a true-blue workhorse champion. The Man is pulling out all the stops to elevate the NXT Women’s Championship. She has defended her title on numerous occasions after winning the championship. That said, Lynch has found her next challenger in the rising superstar Lyra Valkyria.
On the latest edition of NXT, Big Time Becks cut an earnest promo regarding her coveted title. She expressed her supreme goal of elevating the NXT gold to unprecedented heights. Furthermore, The Man was in pursuit of a new challenger for the Halloween Havoc edition of NXT. Then came Lyra Valkyria, accepting the open challenge of the champion.
Later in the show, Valkyria defeated Indi Hartwell and Roxanne Perez in a triple-threat match to earn a title shot against Lynch. The Irish superstar will be putting her title on the line against Lyra Valkyria on the NXT Halloween Havoc. It will take place on October 24, and 31. But before that, she has yet to face off Tegan Nox in a championship bout, next week on Raw.
