Bianca Belair, Charlotte Flair, and Asuka faced each other in a triple-threat match at SummerSlam. After a brutal match, Belair was able to secure the win and become the new women’s champion. However, the celebrations did not last long as Iyo Sky came down to the ring soon and cashed in her MITB contract to defeat Bianca and become the champion for the first time in her main roster run. Belair has finally commented on her rollercoaster night at SummerSlam.

While talking to Mike Jones, the EST finally addressed what happened at SummerSlam and talked about Sky. She said that she is proud of her match and will look back at it as one of her best matches. Despite having a knee injury during the match, Belair continued to fight and defeated Asuka to win the title.

She said, “If I were IYO Sky, I would have probably done the same thing; that’s what being Ms. Money in the Bank is all about. I’m definitely coming after that title; I only got to hold it in my hands for 90 seconds. With the brand new WWE Women’s Title, I definitely want to hold it in my hands for longer than 90 seconds. You best believe I’m coming back with a vengeance, and I’m after IYO Sky for revenge.”

Due to the attack from last week, it looks like Bianca Belair will be out of action for some time moving ahead. Therefore, fans will have to wait and see how the EST returns and challenges Iyo for her title. The face-off will be a great clash, as both women are gifted in-ring performers and can work an excellent feud when required.

Bianca Belair and Charlotte Flair teamed up on the latest episode of SmackDown to take on Damage CTRL. Bayley and Iyo Sky tried their best to take the former women’s champions down but failed to do so. Belair and Flair got the victory, and as Belair was talking to Cathy Kelley backstage after the match, Damage CTRL jumped her from behind and brutally attacked her.

It targeted her knee, which had been injured since SummerSlam. Therefore, now Bianca Belair is out of action due to the attack. Apparently, Belair needed to tend to the injury in her knee, and the backstage assault was a perfect way to write her off WWE programming. Therefore, it looks like the EST will not be on SmackDown for some time as she recovers.

Any more details about the injury are not known at the moment. Therefore, fans will have to wait and see what happens when Bianca is ready to come back. She might return to challenge Iyo Sky and take on her in a championship match. Sky had also pinned Belair less than two minutes after her victory at SummerSlam.
