Former WWE Champion Big E was just seen as a tag team wrestler, but he elevated himself as the main event player. He is one of the funniest and most entertaining superstars in WWE. However, a horrible neck injury ruined his momentum and forced him to be on the shelf for almost two years now.
Big E shared a post on X and a video recalling March 11, 2022, the night he suffered a brutal neck injury. Big E was at ringside during a match where Ridge Holland attempted a belly-to-belly suplex, resulting in Big E landing on top of his head. He has been injured since then and was unfortunately advised not to wrestle ever again by the doctors.
The 37-year-old’s best year in the company was 2021. He won the Money in the Bank match and cashed the briefcase on Bobby Lashley to become the WWE Champion for the first time in his career.
He defended his title against some of the top superstars in the company, like Seth Rollins and Drew McIntyre. However, his 110-day title reign came to an end at the hands of Brock Lesnar.
Big E clarified that there are no hard feelings between him and Ridge Holland. He has expressed his desire to do other things if he can’t wrestle ever again. It will be interesting to see what the future holds for Big E.
Sasha Banks sends an emotional reaction to Big E’s post on social media
Big E has been out of action since March 2022, due to a serious neck injury. Now, Sasha Banks reacted to the post of Big E with an emotional reaction.

Sasha and Big E are really good friends in real life, and they are often seen backstage dancing and having fun with other superstars. She walked out of WWE two years ago after demanding a higher payment on her contract.
As of now, Banks is also out with an injury, and many fans are expecting her to make her return to WWE by entering the Royal Rumble. Fans also hope Big E will get well soon so they can witness the two stars in the ring together.
