Former World Champion Bobby Lashley discusses about RETIRING from the in-ring competition

Bobby Lashley
One of the most popular draws for the WWE recently is Bobby Lashley. Bobby is now engaged in the best feud on Monday Night Raw with the beast personified Brock Lesnar after recently losing the United States Championship to the architect Seth Rollins. They are both enormous beasts, and things are looking well for the feud.
Although Bobby Lashley is physically fit and has a great physique, he is 46 years old, which is far too old to be actively competing in wrestling. Bobby is still quite active, and he recently shared one of his favorite remarks from the discussion around his retirement.

Bobby Lashley is not thinking about retiring soon

Bobby Lashley recently discussed his return from an in-ring match and revealed that he does not anticipate retiring anytime soon because he believes he is still very active and capable of doing many things that wrestlers much younger than him cannot do so retiring now is not a good idea. Of course, he will retire one day.
He claimed that he would only consider leaving the sport of professional wrestling once, and that day would come if he became aware of, or felt that he had become more passive and slower than he had been in the ring. This, he argued, may have an impact on bouts.
Bobby stated that the day he began to move even a little more slowly would mark the beginning of his retirement days. Bobby admitted that while he would consider retiring at that point, he does not believe that time will come any time soon as he feels he still has a lot of potentials and has a lot to offer the WWE and the people.
Bobby Lashley said, “I’m that guy. That guy [in] the morning workouts. I’m that guy that trains hard. I’m okay with being a role model. I’m okay with all these different things. So I want to stay in the business as long as I can for that reason. But if there ever comes a time where I am running a little bit slower, I am moving a little slower, I take a bump and it’s like, ‘Oh no, this hurts coming back up.’ You’re gonna get that anyway. But if it ever gets to that point where I feel like I’m slowing down then let’s stop“
