Bobby Lashley has been gutted by his loss at the Crown Jewel Premium Live event. Lashley appeared to be dominating at the event, and his loss seemed to be a shocking one as he wasn’t exhausted or hurt to suffer a loss. The match’s sudden and poor ending, which received much criticism, has not been well received by the WWE Universe.
The match was an entertaining one, with Lashley delivering three spears to Brock Lesnar at the beginning but Lesnar making a comeback with Suplex city and F-5, after which Lashley had kicked out too. As Bobby Lashley went for the hurt lock, he was put down on the mat by Lesnar who made sure that the Almighty was down until the count of three.
Bobby Lashley put The Beast Incarnate in hurt lock after the match, as he was very angry. Lesnar seemed to be in pain and distress after Lashley released him from the lock. Bobby Lashley seems to have turned into a heel, and fans can’t wait to see what happens next. If Lashley turns heel, it would be the first time that he has been a heel. The Almighty was a heel during his time at the Hurt Business.
The Hurt Business was a dominant faction, and The Almighty won the WWE Championship once while at the stable. The Hurt Business split up this year when Lashley indicated an interest in working alone and was assaulted by Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin. Fans adored the stable, and many thought it should have been dismantled.
Lashley recently announced his desire to reunite the Hurt Business in an interview with Seconds Out. According to Lashley, because everyone in the WWE is currently building stables and the Hurt business is the finest group and the one that carried everyone through Pandemic, it should return to the WWE.
“The Hurt Business something that everybody loved, and I think that everybody will still love. Never say never, I will make sure that somehow someway we get back together…..the one that took us all the way through the pandemic was The Hurt Business.”
Third match between Bobby Lashley and Brock Lesnar was scheduled to happen at a now-cancelled event
With the kind of finish that happened at the Crown Jewel, we will surely get a third match between Bobby Lashley and Brock Lesnar. The Almighty and The Beast Incarnate have faced each other four times now after their encounter at the Crown Jewel. Out of the four times, there have been only two times that they have faced each other in a singles bout.
The first time they faced each other in a singles match was at Royal Rumble, which Bobby Lashley won and had the advantage over because Roman Reigns had interfered and attacked Lesnar. The second time was this past Saturday at the Crown Jewel PLE, which Lesnar won, and so the record between them stands at 1-1.
According to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Newsletter Observer, a third match between the two was scheduled for the Day 1 PLE, but with the postponement of the Day 1, it will not take place. Meltzer claimed that he is unsure whether they would reserve it for WrestleMania or any other event.

“They are one and one now, and so there is a natural third match. I don’t know if they would save it for ‘Mania, you know, or when. Originally it was going to be Day 1. But obviously, that’s out.”
