“You can put him right back in that position”- WWE legend claims Randy Orton should return to the main-event scene

Randy Orton is the hottest Babyface on entire roster right now.
For more than 20 years, Randy Orton has been there delivering some stellar performances inside of the WWE ring. There have been a handful number of people who were able to match-up with the standards The Viper has set during his entire run.
Orton is a former 14-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion in his own rights, but his last run with that gold came during the Thunderdome Era with no live fans in place. He defeated Drew McIntyre inside of the Hell in a Cell to capture that WWE World Championship for the 14th time in his impressive ‘Hall of Fame’ ready career.
WWE legend Booker T recently claimed that fans are anxiously waiting for The Apex Predator to see him back in the main-event Championship picture. During the recent edition of his Hall of Fame podcast he said the following,
โPeople want to see Randy back in that position, and I think this hiatus did him a lot of good, as far as being hooked up with Riddle,โ he said. โBeing able to go out there and just entertain, put it on cruise control for a minute. That right there, it does the body wonders more than anything. And one thing they always say, โabsence makes the heart grow fonder.โ So, my thing is this, with Randy Orton, you can put him right back in that position, let him run if we wanted to.โ
Booker T isnโt an inch wrong in saying that Randy should be back right there on the main-event scene because he is clearly getting those nuclear babyface crowd reactions right now everytime he enters an arena.
Taking the very recent example of WWEโs premium-live-event Wrestlemania Backlash, the fans loudly chanted his name throughout the 6 man tag-main event match despite being their two of biggest superstars also present in that match in the form of Drew McIntyre and The Undisputed Universal Champion Roman Reigns. His Superman punch into the RKO counter to Reigns received deafening response from the people sitting out there. Heโs red-hot right now, so if thereโs ever been a perfect opportunity to put that World title on the shoulders of that man, itโs right there, right now.

Randy Orton is having the run of his life right now

At current, The Viper clearly has reached that state in his career where heโs just going out there enjoying what he does best and thatโs doing tango in that ring with his fellow wrestlers.
The major part of the credit for Randy Orton looking so happy recently on television goes to his current tag-team partner, Riddle. He and Riddle combinedly as the RK-Bro have been the most entertaining part of WWE’s programming as of late. Fans are loving this duo putting out clinical acts week after week.
On the most recent episode of WWE Raw, they defeated The Street Profits in a Raw Tag Team Championship match. Many superstars also have recently admitted that Orton is in the happiest phase of his entire WWE career right now.
