Well, the period of returns is going to continue in WWE for a while it seems as former Universal Champion and the Monster Among Men Braun Strowman is being headed back to WWE once again. Although, recently a report came out courtesy of Fightful that the company has interest to bring him back but that will only happen if there’s some concrete and strong case for his comeback. Well, it seems like Hunter has finally sorted out everything and an mutual agreement has been made between both the parties.
According to PWInsider, Braun Strowman is officially returning back to the World Wrestling Entertainment, multiple talents have confirmed to them that Strowman is slated to be in Kansas City this coming Monday where he will make his triumphant return to the promotion. He got released from the company back in June 2021 alongside other superstars as part of the budget cuts.
After getting separated from the Wyatt Family he started his career as a singles competitor on Raw where for the initial phase he kept destroying local talents and grew hungrier for some legit challenge in front of him. After butting his head multiple times with Raw’s General Manager Kurt Angle, he finally got his wished fulfilled and was presented Roman Reigns as his first major threat. The two men had a brutal rivalry over the next few months with each of them being adamant to end their counterparts no matter whatever they can do. At Fastlane 2017, Reigns defeated Strowman after a grueling hard-hitting combat.
What could Braun Strowman’s WWE return actually mean?
Even though Braun Strowman was presented as a scaring monster for his initial singles run on the main-roster, WWE later dropped the ball with that gimmick for him and started using him as a giant babyface eventually tarnishing his dominating and destructive persona. Fans heavily criticized this tactical strategy for Strowman as they had the potential to take this man to the next level and push him closer to the level of someone like Andre the Giant or even Big Show.
The main thing that Triple H has to keep in mind for Braun Strowman’s renewed WWE run this time around is to bring back that destructive will inside him and book the former Universal Champion like the most unstoppable force of domination in entire company.
