Braun Strowman is one of the strongest wrestlers in the WWE right now. Several superstars follow their diet to stay in the best shape they can achieve. The Monster Among Men shared his calorie intake in a day.

The 40-year-old superstar was speaking with Nina-Marie Daniele and was asked how many calories he eats in a day. His answer blew the fans’ minds. He takes around 10–11 thousand calories a day because he is looking to put some weight on. He then went on to explain what he eats when he wakes up in the morning and what his meal looks like for the rest of the day.

I'm trying to put on some weight, so I'm eating around 10-11 thousand calories. I eat 250 grams of Cream of Rice and 50 grams of protein first thing in the morning when I wake up. Every 2-3 hours after that I consume around 12 ounces of cooked beef, Chicken or Fish or around 400 grams of Rice, accumulating to around 7-8 meals a day. I did a sleep study when I was competing in 'World's Strongest Man', when I was around 400Lbs with 7 hours of sleep I burn 3900 calories.

Braun Strowman believes Chad Gable has the potential to become World Champion

Braun Strowman recently showed the leader of the Alpha Academy, Chad Gable, some appreciation and truly believes he has the potential to become a world champion one day, saying he deserves it.

The Monster Among Men gave an interview on Sportskeeda WrestleBinge and talked about how underappreciated Gable is. He said Gable is a whole package when it comes to wrestling and has all the tools necessary to become the world champion. 

Honestly, someone who I see World championship caliber... is Chad Gable. He has all the tools. He can talk, he's got the look, he can go like nobody else. When it really boilsd down to it, he is an unbelievable human being. So I would love to see him get a shot at the big bold because he deserves it.

Chad Gable came so close to becoming the Intercontinental Champion by defeating Gunther, but Gunther was too much for him as he lost the match, and now he is in the NXT having a feud with Noam Dar. Fans are wondering if WWE has forgotten about Gable, as he is nowhere near the title contention as of now. Nonetheless, it will be interesting to see whether Gable picks himself up and becomes the World Champion.
