Former Universal Champion Braun Strowman been out of WWE programming for quite some time. He recently underwent surgery on his neck. It is expected to keep him out of action for months. However, the Monster Among Men recently provided a positive update about his condition following his surgery.

Braun Strowman returned to WWE in late 2022 and continued his destruction of the men’s roster on Raw and SmackDown. He later joined forces with Ricochet and started performing in Tag Team matches. The two also clashed with Intercontinental Champion Gunther, both getting a title shot but failing to get a victory over The Ring General.

Recently, Braun Strowman shared a post, a video journal of the day he got surgery. As a result, the WWE Universe was concerned about his condition. The matter looked serious, and fans expected Strowman to be out of action for months. However, the latest updates from the 39-year-old provide a new and more positive update about his recovery.

The former Universal Champion informed his fans that he is now free to start light training with the weights. He also mentioned that this is the time to rebuild “The Monster”. A timeline for return has not been specified yet. It will be interesting to see whether Braun Strowman can return to WWE before SummerSlam this year.

Since debuting in 2015 as a member of The Wyatt Family, Strowman has come a long way. He would become a multiple-time Tag Team Champion and also win the Intercontinental Championship. Apart from that, Strowman won the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal in 2019, and the Men’s MITB ladder match in 2018.

His highlight in WWE was when he won the WWE Universal Championship at WrestleMania 36. Apart from his accomplishments, fans have also noticed great transformations in the physique of the 39-year-old. Strowman has revealed that he feels a lot better while working out and during performances due to his weight loss.

Strowman has also evolved his wrestling style over the years. Now that he is more agile and can move faster, Strowman is seen jumping from the top ropes and diving during his matches.
