It was announced last week that Bray Wyatt will return with a Firefly Fun House segment this coming Friday on SmackDown. This will mark the second time The Eater of Worlds will be seen in the Fun House after his return to Extreme Rules last year. The former WWE Champion has oscillated between his several past gimmicks in recent months, and this is a step in a similar direction.
Ahead of this week’s SmackDown, Wyatt has posted a cryptic message on Twitter. He shared a link to a fan-made video that celebrated Wyatt’s run in the WWE before his release in 2021. The montage had the song “Did My Best” by The Voidz on the soundtrack and included some iconic moments from Wyatt’s career. The SmackDown superstar accompanied the video with a “Circle” emoji, resembling the circle of life. He has included this symbol in his past tweets as well.
Last week, Bray Wyatt came out with Uncle Howdy, who worked in unison to lay out the Hit Row. The former Universal champion grabbed the microphone and sent out a warning to the winner of the Bobby Lashley vs. Brock Lesnar match at the Elimination Chamber. As Omos laid out a challenge for the Beast on Raw, the fans started speculating that Wyatt might face the All-Mighty at the Grandest Stage of them all.

Bray Wyatt’s lackluster run in WWE
The lore of Bray Wyatt has been well renown in WWE. He is regarded as a great storyteller and a creative genius in the squared circle. The 35-year-old superstar has had many iconic characters throughout the years. However, fans believe that he never reached the true potential he was capable of, always becoming a victim of bad booking. That is why fans had high hopes for Wyatt when he returned last year in October. However, The Eater of Worlds met a similar fate in his recent run as well.
While Wyatt’s return was regarded as one of the best, the follow-up hasn’t been up to the mark. Many fans have fizzled out on his recent character and the involvement of Uncle Howdy. Bray’s first match back after his return at the Royal Rumble didn’t help matters. The former Cult leader had a dreadful Pitch Black match against LA Knight at the event, leaving fans even more perplexed about his character.
The potential feud with either Bobby Lashley or Brock Lesnar for WrestleMania sounds promising for Bray Wyatt moving forward. Both feuds feel refreshing for the fans. The build for the match could start as soon as this Friday in the Firefly Fun House segment.
