WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart discusses his in-ring comeback and how the company might have changed as a result

Bret Hart

WWE and WCW legend Bret Hart. He has accomplished a lot in both organizations, and even though he was kicked out of the WWE main event championship picture and was furious with the business, he returned in 2010 and shook hands with Vince McMahon, the owner of the organization.

Bret resigned many years ago, and his resignation was not due to his age; instead, he retired in the year 2000 as a result of the concussion he sustained in the ring. Although he briefly returned to WWE in 2010 and 2011, his matches were brief and he didn’t receive many blows.

Bret was recently questioned in an interview about making a ring comeback for the WWE, and he surprised responded by saying that while he genuinely wants to do all of these things and return to the ring, the true issue is still his concussions. He claimed that he would have joined the company if he had not had concussions and was healthy at the time.

Bret Hart claimed that if he had not been at full strength but had received medical clearance to return to the ring, he would have done so long ago. His 2010 tenure in the organization would have been lengthy, and he may have won many more championships.

Bret Hart added that these ten years would have been legendary because he would have been able to wrestle in many of his fantasy matchups. After that, he listed many well-known athletes, like John Cena, Daniel Bryan, Randy Orton, and others. What do you guys believe WWE should have done with Bret Hart over the past ten years?

Bret Hart said, “If I had no issues with my concussion and stuff. If I never had a stroke, maybe. Let’s just say I was healthy, at my age, I’d go back. I would have taken it pretty seriously. I would have wrestled a lot more over the last ten years if I hadn’t been hurt. All of my dream matches that everyone talks about, I would have loved to do all of them. Daniel Bryan [Bryan Danielson], CM Punk, Roman Reigns, John Cena, Randy Orton.”
