The verdict is out now and Brock Lesnar has been defeated by Roman Reigns at WWE’s Biggest Party of the Summer. This was Brock Lesnar’s first Last man Standing match in WWE, whereas it was the Tribal Chief’s third one in his career. This was Brock Lesnar’s first match since his loss at WrestleMania 38 in the winner takes all match. The wrestlers put up a good show and attracted a crowd of 48,449 at the Nissan Stadium. This was undoubtedly one of the best WWE events that happened in recent times.

Brock Lesnar had won the WWE Championship at the WWE Elimination Chamber by almost eliminating each participant. Brock Lesnar lost it to The tribal chief at WrestleMania 38 and was then absent from the WWE for two months until his return in June on an edition of SmackDown. It was then announced that he would face Roman at the SummerSlam in a last man standing match.

The entrance of Brock Lesnar was an unusual one and he entered the arena in tractor, donning a country boy image with a cowboy hat as usual on his head. To begin the bout, Brock sprang from the tractor and delivered Reigns a Lou Thesz Press. Lesnar seemed at ease in the midst of the mayhem, suplexing Roman into the arena floor and slamming him into the steel stairs before flinging him over the ring barricade and suplexing him amongst the audience.

This was followed by Roman Reigns delivering Samoan drop to Brock on the announce table, but Lesnar got up in 8-count. Roman then tried to put the beast incarnate down by a couple of superman punches and spear but his efforts went in vain. Lesnar then delivered an F-5 through the remnants of the table but the tribal chief managed to get up.

Through halfway in the match Brock Lesnar delivered another F-5 and was about to win when roman got up at 9th count. This infuriated Brock and he lifted the whole ring with the help of his tractor and looked to drive Roman through the announce table when The Usos attacked the beast. Brock managed to beat the Usos but his former manager appeared in front of him to protect his chief, Lesnar then delivered an F-5 to Paul Heyman on the announcer table.

With all of them lying around Theory saw the opportunity and ran to the ringside to cash in his contract, but before he could he was offered an F-5 from the beast incarnate. Brock then turned around and got superkicked by the Usos. Thereafter, Brock Lesnar refused to stay down after getting a spear and strike by the championship belt from Roman Reigns. Roman then struck a second time and The Usos then piled up the debris over Brock Lesnar and Roman stood up on the wreckage until the referee counted 10, thereby winning the match.

The encounter was wild and chaotic, with Lesnar battling like a one-man army. WWE Superstar Hurricane Helms responded to Brock Lesnar’s performance on Twitter, claiming that Cowboy Brock was a nasty threat.

“Cowboy Brock is a damn menace.”

This was supposed to be the final match between the two, with many saying the rivalry has concluded but we never know what the future holds for Brock Lesnar as of now.
