The Dudley Boyz has been one of the most fan favourite tag teams in wrestling history and the moment when they make a return will be something to cherish; however, Bully Ray(fka Bubba Ray) doesn't think the same way.

The Dudley Boyz made their wrestling debut with ECW in 1996. They gained national attention for their hardcore wrestling style and their signature move, the 3D. However, they are best known for their time in the WWE as Bubba Ray and D-Von Dudley. They quickly made an impact in the WWE’s tag team division. Feuding with teams like The Hardy Boyz, Edge & Christian. Being WWE Hall of Fame inductees, they have cemented their place as one of the greatest wrestling tag teams of all time.

Back in 2016, The Dudley Boyz were last seen together inside WWE’s squared circle. They made a surprise return in 2015 and had a last WWE run after almost a decade. Bully Ray (aka Bubba Ray) was recently asked about a potential reunion between him and D-Von as The Dudley Boyz during an interview with Chris Van Vliet.

Bully ray answered, “Physically I don’t think so because I don’t think that D-Von can do it anymore. We’ve had the conversation.” Ray also Addressed the social media rumors regarding the heat between him and D-Von. He declared the rumors to be out of context and ridiculous.

Concluding his statement, Bully Ray said, “Me and D-Von have been like this (tight) since day 1. There has never been an issue with me and D-Von. All this sh*t that you like to run with these clickbait headlines, f*ck off.”

WWE return and last tenure of The Dudley Boyz in 2015

The Dudley Boyz made their WWE return on the August 24, 2015, episode of Monday Night Raw, interrupting a segment featuring The New Day. The crowd erupted in excitement as Bubba Ray and D-Von made their way to the ring, marking their first appearance in WWE in over a decade. They also put Xavier Woods through a table.

Over the following months, the Dudley Boyz continued to feud with The New Day, leading to a Tables Match at the Night of Champions pay-per-view, which The New Day won. The Dudley Boyz also had feuds with other tag teams, including The Wyatt Family and The Usos.

The Dudley Boyz continued to make sporadic appearances in WWE over the following years. They left WWE in 2016 and returned to the independent wrestling circuit. Fans would’ve loved to see them one more time, putting everyone through the tables. However, considering Bully Ray’s statement, it’s not happening.
