Seth Rollins is ecstatic since winning the United States Championship. The reason is pretty simple: the title win ended his 2-year-long championship drought. But now a WWE Hall of Famer has suggested that the success story of ‘The Visionary’ can end sooner than expected.

WWE Hall of Famer Bubba Ray Dudley, who recently returned to Impact Wrestling as Bully Ray, said he would love to see Seth Rollins lose to Austin Theory after how things went down at Monday Night RAW. Ray stressed upon how the Money in the Bank thing doesn’t matter now, especially how WWE utilised Theory on RAW first against Dolph Ziggler and then the United States Champion Seth Rollins.

While talking about the alleged feud that WWE might be trying to portray in the upcoming weeks, Bully Ray, on The Busted Open Radio said- “I want to see Austin Theory defeat Seth Rollins and become the US Champion. I want a heel US Champion and I want babyfaces chasing him. I think Austin Theory would do a great job as a heel US Champion, especially after what we saw last night.”

To those who are unaware, Austin Theory had crashed Seth Rollins‘ hard-fought victory against Finn Balor after he attacked Rollins out of nowhere and stood tall with The United States Championship before the show went off air. This prompted many fans to believe that Theory would be the next major rival for Seth Rollins. But Bully Ray believes that before challenging The Visionary, Theory should face this major superstar.

Bully Ray Wants Austin Theory to Face Dolph Ziggler Before he Takes on Seth Rollins

Austin Theory squared off against Dolph Ziggler on the latest edition of Monday Night RAW. Theory was in a powerful position after delivering two “A-Town Downs” to the former World Heavyweight Champion. Instead of pinning Ziggler, Theory unleashed his fury and went berserk on Ziggler.

Bully Ray praised both the superstars for putting on a stellar show and said that he would love to see a feud between the two before Austin Theory advances to grab the title from Seth Rollins. While talking about the match, one-half of The Dudley Boyz said that he would like to see Dolph Ziggler Vs. Austin Theory before anything else. He further said that “this is the best stuff, other than The Bloodline”.

Theory attacked Dolph Ziggler mercilessly at ringside, landing multiple blows on him. His actions prompted the referee to disqualify Austin, earning Ziggler a win by DQ. The DQ finish and attack certainly showed that Theory is frustrated after what has transpired in the past few weeks and is teasing a big character change.
