Cardi B has been recognized as one of the most influential rappers of all time. Cardi B’s album invasion of privacy was named number one rap album of 2010s by Billboard in 2018. Last year she had shared some tweets regarding WWE and had said that she used to watch WWE when Melina appeared with two guys and during the time Booker T, Eddie gurrero, triple H ,batista,John cena,Edge,Trish stratus were altogether a part of WWE. Cardi even had a Fangirl moment when Trish replied to her post.
Back in 2021 the then 24/7 Champion Angel Garza had presented rose to the WWE Hall of Famer Torrie Wilson in Bachelor Style, The WWE Hall of Famer had responded back to garza by saying that she had invited Cardi B, Kylie Jenner and Ariana Grande on RAW tonight and that Cardi B would love the rose and she was looking great tonight. Wilson then pointed to a room to garza and said that cardi B is in there, only to find out that the frightening Boogeyman was inside. Cardi B then tweeted in an amusing tone that this isn’t how her debut was supposed to be.
Cardi B honours a WWE legend in her latest song
On June 30, Cardi B‘s latest song “Hot Sh*t, which also featured rappers Lil Durk and Kanye was released.The song has been recorded in 2019, as disclosed by Cardi recently. The song has been produced by songwriter and producer Tay Keith. “Hot Sh*it” includes a tribute to the WWE Hall of Famer Jimmy “Superfly”Snuka. The lyrics of the song go Jimmy Snuka off the top rope, Superfly sh*t (Fly). Snuka passed away in 2017 due to terminal illness.
Few days after the release of the song a Fan tweeted that Cardi B loves Wrestling and that she often shares her view on WWE and this is the reason she has honored Snuka in her song.
“People don’t get that Cardi looooves wrestling. She has often talked about WWE. That’s why she can make a Jimmy Snuka bar. She knows what she’s talking about”
Cardi B took no time and responded back to the user saying that she loves wrestling very much and she wonders if this new generation knows about Jimmy Snuka, the one she has mentioned in her song.
“YES I LOVE WRESTLING….I kinda wonder if this new generation was going to know who I’m talking about”
Cardi B wants to collaborate with lil kim in her next song and that would also mark her comeback.
