Drew McIntyre revealed the real reason behind the hatred for CM Punk in an interview
The Scottish Warrior Drew McIntyre has recently been on the roll with his ultimate hater persona. He had a fierce rivalry with superstars like Jey Uso, Sami Zayn, and Seth Rollins. However, the man who was constantly on his target list was none other than CM Punk.
He insulted, trolled, and mocked Punk at every chance he got, and even boasted about being the person who shattered his WrestleMania dreams. Drew spoke on the Gorilla Position podcast and stated that Karma finally caught up to The Best in the World. Furthermore, the 37-year-old also called him a terrible human being.
I’ve been pretty honest about my opinions, he sells tickets, is a draw, but is a terrible human being. I was around him when I grew up & there were instances I haven’t talked about, perhaps won’t talk about till it’s face to face with him. It’s alright mate first chance I get in the ring with you I’m going to mess you up & I didn’t just mess him up, I took him out & his spot.
