Cody Rhodes is one of the most respected veterans among fans and wrestlers. Therefore, each of his opinions is always valued by most people. Recently, the American Nightmare took part in a Reddit “Ask Me Anything” thread. One of the questions asked by a fan was about who the most humble superstar backstage in WWE currently is.
Unsurprisingly, he revealed one of the names to be Sheamus. The Celtic Warrior is often referenced by his colleagues as a “nice” person backstage. Moreover, the other wrestler mentioned by Cody was Sonya Deville. Likewise, she is known for her professionalism and has helped several other women uplift their careers on the main roster.
Sheamus recently fought Edge in what was seemingly the latter’s final match in the WWE. The Hall of Famer revealed how his opponent helped him come out of retirement three years ago. After their grueling bout, Edge heaped more praise on the former World Champion by claiming how much he had achieved in the industry.
Meanwhile, Sonya Deville has been a consistent part of the women’s division since her debut. She has previously put over stars such as Mandy Rose and Liv Morgan, helping them elevate their stock in the company. Moreover, several of her co-workers have pointed out the 29-year-old’s selflessness in the locker room.

Cody Rhodes names his WarGames dream team
The WarGames stipulation made its first appearance on the main roster at last year’s Survivor Series. As many fans might know, the barbaric structure was introduced by the late Dusty Rhodes in 1987 during his stint at Jim Crockett Promotions (JCP). Recently, Cody Rhodes revealed on a Reddit Ask Me Anything thread who his WarGames dream team would be if he ever got to compete in the match.
Obviously, he named his Hall of Fame father and himself. Furthermore, the American Nightmare’s team was rounded up by Shawn Michaels, Rey Mysterio, and Sting, forming a complete all-star team. The Icon had competed alongside Dusty during their NWA run at a house show in 1988.
Cody Rhodes was further asked about his dream team, which consists of current superstars. He hilariously replied, “Four Kevin Owens’ and I”, showing confidence in the Prizefighter’s abilities. Thus far, it seems that the second-generation wrestler may end up achieving that scenario if a WarGames theme takes place at the upcoming Survivor Series.
