This week’s Monday Night Raw delivered some intense progression to the storyline of Jey Uso. A brawl broke out in the ring when Jey declined the offer to join the heel faction. As a result, Cody Rhodes saved the former Bloodline member from a vicious attack by Judgment Day.

Jey Uso was in a matchup against Drew McIntyre this week on RAW. Judgment Day made their presence felt as they tried to interfere in the match. Later on, the group brutally attacked Jey Uso as he gave them an emphatic statement with a superkick. As the beatdown proceeded, Cody Rhodes came to his aid and heroically saved him.

The American Nightmare cleared the ring as he went fist-by-fist with Finn Balor. As a result, Judgment Day smartly moved out of the ring. Cody Rhodes picked Jey Uso up on his feet. The closing moments of Monday Night Raw saw both superstars standing tall side by side as they shook hands.

However, the highlight was Drew McIntyre standing on the stage, looking around, as he chose not to get involved in someone else’s business. The Scottish Warrior came out victorious in a physical match against Jey Uso.

It will be interesting to see the dynamics between Main Event Jey and the rest of the Monday Night Raw locker room from here on. Moreover, Drew McIntyre also teased his heel turn, which might happen sooner than later.

Jey Uso has been working as a solo superstar in WWE for quite some time now. WWE Universe has already shown appreciation for his singles run. As can be seen, they are invested in the superstar’s story and progression. Recently, WWE insider account BWE reported via Ringside News the backstage reactions to Jey Uso’s run on Monday Night Raw.

According to the report, the backstage team has been really happy with Jey’s performance. BWE mentioned, “Office is extremely happy with Jey’s fan reactions. They always believed in him. But all of this is happening as part of a big, cr*zy story“. The report also mentioned that WWE has been impressed with the unfathomable reaction Jey has been receiving from the fans.

It is going to be interesting to see the upcoming programs of the former member of The Bloodline. It looks inevitable that Jey will receive a mega push in the upcoming months. He is currently in a program with The Judgment Day, as they want him to join the faction. As of now, Jey is under the wings of the American Nightmare on RAW, which will play a vital role soon.
