The current NXT North American Champion, Dominik Mysterio, has been featured prominently on television lately. Since, turning on his own father Rey Mysterio last year, the 26-year-old has seen a major turn in his WWE career. He thrived as a heel superstar within the shadow of the Judgment Day.

Whenever Dominik Mysterio tries to speak in front of a live audience, he is met with thunderous boos, rendering him mute. The amount of heat he receives is unfathomable. It wouldn’t be far-fetched to say that the third-generation youngster is the best heel on the main roster. Dirty Dom’s current run has been soaring in popularity.

The Wrestling Blog reported that many backstage personalities in WWE are impressed with how Dominik Mysterio is thriving as a heel. Therefore, they are not planning to turn him babyface anytime soon. The plan is to somehow generate more heat from the audience, and they feel that he can do that.

The Latino Heat has been impressing fans with the unfathomable heat he receives from the WWE Universe. Therefore, the company wants to cash in on this opportunity. They are likely planning to turn the 26-year-old into the biggest heel of this generation. Thus, they do not have any plans to impede his momentum.

Dominik Mysterio joined the Judgment Day last year. The faction was recently pitched as the successor to The Bloodline. Currently, all the members of the faction have been making appearances in all three brands. On the July 18 episode of NXT, Mysterio won his first singles title after beating Wes Lee for the North American Championship.

One of the greatest heel factions, The Judgment Day, has reached a full year after being formed by the Rated-R Superstar, Edge. The faction currently has four prominent WWE superstars, including Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio. Since this year’s WrestleMania, they have taken over Monday Night RAW.

All four members have engaged in high-caliber rivalries and feuds over the last few months. Quite recently, the group has started appearing frequently on the NXT brand. It started when Finn Balor beat NXT Champion Carmelo Hayes due to the latter’s association with Seth Rollins. Dominik Mysterio went on to claim the North American Championship, beating Wes Lee at last week’s show.

They are expected to make regular appearances on the Yellow brand. Dominik is even set to defend his championship in a triple-threat match at NXT’s next premium live event, The Great American Bash. The Judgment is surely dominating the entire division lately.
