“Hey, wait a minute” – WWE commentator weighs-in on a potential match between Logan Paul and Bad Bunny
Logan Paul and Bad Bunny are two of the most celebrity assets for WWE. They've adapted themselves perfectly in this world of Sports Entertainment. Also, there's a huge fan interest among WWE to have them compete in a singles match together.
Bad Bunny and Logan are the two most successful celebrities to have competed in WWE
In the ever-evolving world of pro-wrestling, times have certainly changed. Over the years, many celebrities have shown immense valor and intrigue to test their waters inside that squared circle. Two such names are Logan Paul and Bad Bunny. Both men are undisputed maestros of their respective domains. Where on one hand Paul is a social media icon and former professional boxer, Bunny is the most streamed music artist on Earth.
When they first signed with WWE, fans on internet were quick to criticize WWE’s decision for offering them a wrestling contract. For reference, majority of the celebrity matches failed miserably in the past. Hence, it needed some guts for bringing such prominent names to wrestle. However, neither of them gave a chance to anyone for calling them out. Instead, both Logan & Bunny have delivered hands down the greatest celebrity WWE matches of all-time.
With such commitment levels to this business, they’ve earned the respect of WWE Universe. As a result, there’s a massive viewer interest to possibly have The Maverick and San Benito work together. Sharing his thoughts on the same, former NXT wrestler and Raw commentator Corey Graves made some valid points on his After the Bell podcast. According to him, the aforementioned idea would’ve not been great back in the day, as there was a bad reputation for these so-called outsiders in the locker room.
However, things are completely opposite now. At the end of the day, pro-wrestling means what’s best for business. Calling Bunny vs. Paul a money-match, he also iterated how much eyeballs this showdown can possibly garner. “I’ve discussed this with numerous guests. I’ve talked about it with Rollins extensively.”
“We were kind of the mentality of, ‘Well, we paid our dues. We worked and scratched and clawed to get here.’ But now we sit back and we go, ‘Hey, wait a minute. A rising tide raises all ships.’ If Bad Bunny vs. Logan Paul were to be made and advertised and promoted, everybody else in the locker room would be begging to get on that card.”

What were the last matches of Logan Paul and Bad Bunny in WWE?
At WrestleMania this year, Logan Paul went against Seth Rollins. As a product of their hide and seek build leading to the pop-culture extravaganza, they finally met in the ring. Despite the involved shenanigans that even included Paul’s business partner KSI at ringside, The Visionary emerged victorious. Once it was said and done, this match was appreciated for its creativity and overall presentation.
Coming to Bad Bunny, he had a grudge match with Damian Priest at Backlash, earlier this month. Performing in his hometown of Puerto Rico, Bunny had the crowd in his palms. Making things even better, Bunny outclassed Priest after an unforgettable San Juan Street Fight. The match also saw the return of former US Champion Carlito and Savio Vega to neutralize The Judgment Day’s interferences.
