According to BWE via Ringside News, the possibility of heavy rain this weekend worried WWE. Heavy rain with intermittent thunder is expected to last from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on the day of the event. Therefore, the officials backstage are concerned about the situation. Bad weather conditions could affect Crown Jewel, resulting in unforeseeable changes.

However, this is not the first time bad weather has affected WWE shows. There are many instances where bad weather led to a late start to the show. One of those incidents happened at WrestleMania 37. A thunderstorm passed over the stadium and the show was delayed for 45 minutes. It left all the fans disappointed who wanted to celebrate the biggest event of the year after witnessing the previous WrestleMania without the crowd.
