Hollywood sensation and prominent singer Cyndi Lauper sparks speculation about working with WWE down the line
Cyndi Lauper reflected on her journey back in WWE and hinted at a probable appearance in the company during The Bump show.

WWE has managed to work with various celebrities around the world. A recent example of that is Logan Paul and Bad Bunny. The list also includes American singer Cyndi Lauper, who was an essential part of the first edition of WrestleMania. Lauper was recently interviewed on WWE’s The Bump show and was asked about her future appearances in WWE. The 70-year-old did not eliminate the possibility of returning to to the company.
Kayla Braxton recently interviewed the music sensation while she was present on the red carpet of the Tribeca Film Festival. Braxton started the interview by asking her about her documentary, “Let the Canary Sing.” In reply, Lauper reflected on her past in WWE, when she had advocated for Wendie Richter. The American singer said that during her brief period in the company, she learned a few moves.
Lauper stated that her music came from wrestling, as her hit singles “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun” and “Time After Time” featured “Captain” Lou Albano. The two-time Grammy Award winner was shown a picture of her with Hulk Hogan as he lifted her with the 1985 Grammy Award in her hand. To conclude, she was asked about her possible presence in WWE, to which she just replied, “You never know!”
Many wrestling fans consider that Cyndi Lauper played an eminent role in the success of WrestleMania 1. As she was a celebrity, her manager role for Richter brought in more fans to watch the first-ever edition of ‘Mania. WWE still carries on the tradition and brings many celebrities in their company to attract more eyeballs to their product.

Lance Storm wants Cyndi Lauper in WWE’s Hall of Fame
Cyndi Lauper is one of the celebrities who has made brief appearances in WWE. Lauper was responsible for WrestleMania‘s initial success. Being present at the first ever WrestleMania at Madison Square Garden, she advocated for Wendie Richter. Her contribution as a celebrity brought WWE into the mainstream for viewers.
WrestleMania later went on to become the greatest spectacle in sports entertainment. Former WWE star Lance Storm opined on inducting Lauper into the WWE Hall of Fame. Replying to the tweet shared by WWE, Storm wrote, “Put her in the HOF already!”
Lance has also stated his views previously on the prominent singer’s recognition as a Hall of Famer and not just an acclaimed celebrity. He stated that she was more deserving than her present honor. Cyndi had laid the foundation for Rock & Wrestling Connection, increasing the fanbase of pro wrestling as a whole and especially WWE.
