Wrestling is not just a sport, it’s a form of show business where wrestlers perform in front of large, enthusiastic crowds. Despite their bravado in the ring, many wrestlers feel anxious and nervous before stepping onto the stage. Batista, a seasoned wrestler, has shared his technique for managing these nerves.

When recently asked about managing his anxiety and nervousness for his villainous role in the upcoming movie Dune, Batista responded humorously, saying he does something called acting. However, he later revealed a more serious approach. He shared that during his wrestling career, he used to get physically sick before entering the stage.

The Animal further revealed that in order to cope with anxiety, he developed a unique technique: he would scream “Rawr!” loudly, which helped him release his anxiety and nervousness before performing. This candid revelation sheds light on the mental and emotional challenges wrestlers and actors often face in their high-pressure professions, highlighting the importance of finding coping mechanisms that work for them.

Batista has successfully transitioned his career into the acting world, notably portraying the character Drax in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. His role as Drax has been widely praised for its humor and depth. Additionally, Batista is set to appear in the upcoming movie Dune. He has also tried his luck outside of acting world.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony, initially planned for 2020, was postponed. It was later announced that the classes of 2020 and 2021 would be inducted together at the 2021 event. However, before the ceremony, Batista was unexpectedly removed from the list of inductees. Taking to Twitter, Batista confirmed his removal, citing prior commitments as the reason for his inability to attend the Hall of Fame 2021 event.

Since then, Batista has not yet found a schedule to appear for his Hall of Fame induction. It was initially thought that he would be inducted in 2021, but this did not happen. Recently, Batista announced a new movie project with unclear dates but scheduled to begin shooting in April in Europe. This has raised questions about whether he will be able to attend his Hall of Fame induction this year, adding uncertainty.
