WWE returned to its old ways, introducing two new authority figures for both brands. Adam Pearce became the general manager of Raw in 2020, and Triple H introduced Nick Aldis as SmackDown GM. It looks like Pearce has not forgotten for some time that he had a beef with the Bloodline.

On the January 22nd, 2020 episode of SmackDown, Paul Heyman challenged Pearce for a match but was later attacked by Roman Reigns. Remembering the moment, the Raw GM took to X and replied to the post, saying that he is still waiting for his match. It was commendable to see the guts of the 45-year-old still willing to challenge the Bloodline even after The Rock allegedly joined it.

Pearce was a part of WWE as a training coach, and he trained several celebrity superstars like Bad Bunny and Logan Paul. Although he has wrestled in the past and won a few championships in indie circuits, he has never wrestled in WWE yet.

His SmackDown counterpart, Nick Aldis, has an even better wrestling background, as he was one of the top stars in TNA. Fans wanted both of them to wrestle in the ring at some point, but the stars never aligned. It will be interesting to see Paul’s response to Pearce’s challenge.

Former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion, Chelsea Green is not having the best times right now. After an eventful reign as a tag champion, Green was constantly asking and arguing with Pearce for more opportunities.

However, it didn’t work out, as there were more deserving candidates than her. This created a lot of problems between the two, as Green described the issue as a battle between upper management and her. 

The 32-year-old star took to X and shared a post of her picture with Pearce’s picture of his younger days. She expressed her desire to wrestle him at WrestleMania XL, but the Raw GM came up with a hilarious response.

He replied to Green’s post with a hilarious response by saying his hair in the picture is better than hers. In his earlier days as a wrestler, Pearce used to have long hair, and fans could not control their laughter seeing the picture of him. It will be interesting to see whether this rivalry between Adam Pearce and Chelsea Green finishes on a good note or not.
