NXT Vengeance Day will emanate from the F&M Bank Arena in Clarksville, Tennessee, on this Sunday. Six matches have been announced for the Gold brand’s first PLE of the year. One of the marquee bouts is a no disqualification match between Dijak and Joe Gacy. As such, the former has warned WWE about its TV-PG rating ahead of the show.

Dijak posted the match graphic on his X account and seemingly claimed that his battle with Joe Gacy would be brutal. Moreover, the action in the match may not fall under the PG guidelines of WWE. This rivalry stems from months of hellacious beatdowns and attacks exchanged between both stars. Therefore, the stipulation was added during the latest episode of NXT.

The 36-year-old star has been on a streak of fantastic matches on NXT over the past year or so. Many fans have recognized his work, calling him one of the viable contenders to win the World Title in 2024. Since his return to the Gold brand, Dijak has established himself once again after a disappointing run in Retribution.

Other matches announced for the card include The Dusty Rhodes Classic tournament final and Trick Williams vs. Ilja Dragunov for the NXT Championship. Needless to say, the upcoming PLE promises to be a ‘banger.’

Dijak comments on possible match with Kazuchika Okada

For the past few months, rumors about WWE possibly signing Kazuchika Okada have been surfacing online. The 36-year-old’s NJPW contract expired on January 31, revealing that he wouldn’t continue with the promotion. As a result, the WWE Universe speculated on the potential matches if he joined the Stamford-based promotion. Recently, Dijak expressed his thoughts on possibly wrestling him if he arrived at NXT.

The 36-year-old called out fans on X who ‘fantasized’ a match between him and The Rainmaker. Moreover, he downplayed the possibility of it, claiming he would only wrestle Okada if he was the NXT Champion.

Currently, he is heavily rumored to be joining rival promotion, All Elite Wrestling. However, WWE also had reportedly talks with the Japanese wrestler. Therefore, it will be interesting to see where the former IWGP Heavyweight Champion’s next destination lies.
