Dolph Ziggler might return to WWE sooner or later

In the Grilling JR podcast, Jim Ross expressed his opinion that once everything settles, WWE will assess the gaps in their company. He speculates that the promotion may reach out to Ziggler once again to fill a role that suits him.

“I don’t know that it’s permanently going to be gone for WWE. I think once the dust settles and you start thinking about roles that he could fulfill, there are many, not just wrestling,” said Jim Ross.

Furthermore, he predicted, “Ziggler will re-enter the WWE scene in some capacity.” The WWE veteran also commended Dolph Ziggler for his appearance and charisma. Ziggler, along with Dana Brooke, Mustafa Ali were the high profile fighters that WWE released last month.
