Dolph Ziggler has been a part of the WWE community since 2004. Since then, he has been facing various opponents at various events. The three time world champion, has held various championships during the duration of his stay in the show. 

Presently, Dolph is playing under the name of Dolph Ziggler in the RAW brand of the company. He has played both individually as well as for teams. Currently, his primary focus is on helping tag teams against their rival. Despite attaining the age of 42, Ziggler is young by muscles.

Dolph Ziggler opens up about his retirement from WWE

The WWE Universe starts thinking of an athlete’s retirement once he starts to age. Same thing happened with Dolph. In an interview, he was asked when he is deciding to call off his career to which he said that sometimes even the healthiest of people are not able to leave their mark. Some people quit from the multiple injuries they get.

Dolph feels that he is lucky enough to not have got any major injury. All the surgeries he went through were only at his wrestling matches at the college level. He considers himself very lucky for that. Talking about his retirement, he made it clear to the WWE Universe that he is not retiring anytime soon. 

“I’ve been lucky. I don’t ever want to stop. One day I’ll have to, but it sure as hell won’t be now,” said Dolph Ziggler. Dolph has been very active both in and outside the ring. He has many Hollywood appearances to his name. Dolph also has excellent mic handling skills. For this reason, he started stand up comedy and became quite successful in that. He took a few weeks’ rest from WWE to complete his tour of shows. He managed both stand up and WWE simultaneously.
