Dolph Ziggler has been a fantastic athlete and has had a successful career, but he hasn’t received much attention in recent years despite the fact that he deserves to be on the main roster. Dolph Ziggler has appeared in practically every sort of match, and his in-ring abilities, as well as his mic talents and character work, have impressed the WWE Universe, with many calling him to be one of the underrated wrestlers of current generation.
Dolph Ziggler’s Money in the Bank Cash in has been one of the best cash ins of all time and the WWE Universe was ecstatic when he cashed in his contract to become the World Heavyweight Champion for the second time in her career. He had cashed it on Alberto Del Rio on April 18th edition of RAW in 2013.
The year, in February, Dolph Ziggler appeared at NXT and confronted Bron Breakker after which he fought him and clinched the NXT Championship by defeating Bron and Ciampa at NXT Roadblock. He lost the title to Breakker on an edition of RAW in April. Recently Dolph Ziggler was involved in a short feud with Austin Theory, wherein Ziggler would interfere and beat Theory during his matches. The feud concluded with Ziggler getting defeated by theory on an edition of RAW.
Dolph Ziggler has fought with some of the best in the company and recently during an interview with Casual Conversations with The Wrestling Classic, Dolph revealed his dream opponent for a match at WrestleMania. Dolph Ziggler said that he is interested in wrestling Shinsuke Nakamura in an hour-long match and wants it to be a mixture of his wrestling background and Nakamura’s MMA background. Ziggler said that he wants it to have a feel of MMA and called it a legitimate stuff.
“I’d like to do an hour [long match] with Shinsuke Nakamura and have it tying to his MMA and striking background to my wrestling background, so we kind of give it an MMA-style feel to it, with a build and 45 minutes to an hour to make that what you see, like where your body does that fighter flight halfway through, to which you go, ‘this is some legitimate stuff.”

Dolph Ziggler expressed more regarding his dream bout
In the same interview Ziggler revealed further details regarding his match against Shinsuke Nakamura. Dolph Ziggler stated that he does not want the encounter to be a true UFC MMA fight, but rather anything similar to it. He stated that it would be a lot of fun, and he admires Shinsuke as a performer since he does some amazing stuff and knows the industry very well, and they both can connect to one other.
