Since Triple H became the Chief Content Officer in WWE, the wrestling world has praised him a lot for his work, as the on-screen product has improved massively. On the latest episode of SmackDown, Drew McIntyre, the superstar who has recently been on almost everyone’s nerves, got face-to-face with the 54-year-old executive.

Triple H kicked off this week’s SmackDown by arriving in the ring to address the Road to WrestleMania to the WWE Universe. The Scottish Warrior arrived on the scene to take credit for convincing Cody Rhodes to challenge Roman Reigns at WrestleMania, taking care of CM Punk to put him out of action, and vowing to save the World Heavyweight Championship.

McIntyre took to X to mock the WWE Universe, especially the King of Kings by using his iconic line. In addition to that, The Scottish Warrior might be plotting to team with Hunter similarly to how Rollins did prior to The Shield’s breakup. The fans are currently loving the gimmick of the 38-year-old superstar. This week on SmackDown, the former WWE Champion received a huge pop as he made his entrance to ring.

The way WWE is portraying The Chosen One is completely different than ever before in his career. The newly named DM Hunk has his spot secured for the Elimination Chamber match at Perth in Australia. It will be interesting to see whether he achieves his dream of winning a World Title in front of a live crowd.

As Triple H was backstage, he couldn’t help but praise the performance by Bron Breakker when suddenly he was interrupted by Paul Heyman. With a grin on his face, Hunter welcomed Heyman and asked why he had come to him. However, The Wise Man refused to answer his question; instead, he warned him about the imminent return of Roman Reigns and The Rock.

Triple H did not back down from replying without any fear. In reply, he informed the Special Counsel that he was ready for the cousins to return. It appears that on SmackDown next week, the score will finally be settled between the Cerebral Assassin and The Great One. Moreover, it seems that the Road to WrestleMania will shift gears with the return of the “heel” People’s Champion.
