The Scottish Warrior Drew McIntyre is going through turmoil right now. Since losing at Survivor Series, nothing is going right for him. On Day 1, he finally got to fight Seth Rollins, receiving a chance to win the World Heavyweight Championship. However, Damian Priest distracted him, and his dreams were broken

The 38-year-old took to X and addressed his loss against the champion at the Day 1 edition of Monday Night Raw. The former Chosen One was devastated by the constant misery he was going through. Drew didn’t have much to say and ended the video sadly by saying he doesn’t know what’s next for him.

Since performing...got all the messages, sorry for not replying. I am seeing what everybody's been saying; what's next for Drew McIntyre. Monday was all or nothing... and the honest answer is I don't know.

McIntyre understood that it was his last chance to win the gold in front of the crowd. The Scottish Warrior has recently lost many opportunities to win the title on the biggest stages. He lost to Gunther at SummerSlam, then again lost to Seth Rollins at Crown Jewel, and now he failed to win against The Visionary on Day 1.

Drew was looking clueless in the video, and the fans were concerned that he might leave the company soon. With the Royal Rumble just around the corner, it will be interesting to see whether the two-time WWE Champion bounces back and wins the Rumble or not.

Konnan shares his honest opinion about Drew McIntyre’s entrance

Drew McIntyre was at his peak in 2020 and 2021. He was the WWE Champion and defended the title successfully against many opponents. However, the thing the fans loved the most about Drew was his entrance with his sword, Angela. However, Konnan had a different opinion about that.

Former WCW star Konnan spoke about McIntyre’s entrance on the recent episode of K100. Although he likes the Scottish Warrior, Konnan believes the 38-year-old needs to drop his entrance with the sword ‘Angela’, as it does not make any sense.

I did think he looks super lame and corny... coming down with the sword named Angela," I know it's named after his mom, but still...what are you gonna do with that? You gonna impale somebody?

The former Intercontinental Champion kept the sword’s name, inspired by his mother. In one instance, he actually used the sword on Jinder Mahal, but Drew missed. Instead, the rope was cut cleanly in half. McIntyre has been going through an interesting phase right now. Only time will tell what the future holds for him.
