After months of speculation, the WWE Universe finally saw Drew McIntyre's heel turn this week on Raw.

This week’s Raw witnessed some pivotal moments in the build-up to the Survivor Series. The show featured a stellar main event of Jey Uso and Cody Rhodes taking on The Judgment Day for the Undisputed Tag Titles. However, the highlight of the show was the Scottish Warrior Drew McIntyre delivering an exclamation statement as he finally turned heel.
During the closing moments of the match, Jey Uso was at the ringside. Drew McIntyre suddenly showed up, staring eye-to-eye at Main Event Jey. The former Tag Team Champion was confused in the meantime while Drew McIntyre laid a Claymore Kick. McIntyre lifted Jey Uso and put him into the ring, helping Baylor secure the victory.
Drew McIntyre then walked to the ramp as he stood on the stage with a black look. After that, Rhea Ripley comes out on the ramp with a hellacious look while shaking hands with The Scottish Warrior. McIntyre officially declared his heel turn as he seemingly joined The Judgment Day. Watch the video below.
Drew McIntyre shocked the world as he turned on the fans. The superstar has been teasing his heel turn for a long time. He has joined hands with The Judgment Day. It is going to be interesting to see the next step for The Scottish Warrior with his new persona. This heel turn might lead to McIntyre being part of the WarGames match at Survivor Series this year.
Drew McIntyre’s WWE status revealed by former writer
Drew McIntyre is an exceptional talent. He has headlined WrestleMania and has carried the company during the time of the pandemic. His recent run has been entertaining since his return to Money in the Bank this year. However, former WWE writer Freddie Prinze Jr. revealed that Drew might leave WWE in 2024 after his contract expires with the company.
During his podcast Wrestling with Freddie, Freddie opined that WWE has no plans of putting a title on Drew McIntyre as he is not planning to re-sign his contract with the company. He believes that it is the reason why The Scottish Warrior did not capture the title at Crown Jewel.

Drew McIntyre turned heel this week on Raw. He might leave WWE in 2024, as per Freddie. However, it is going to be interesting to see McIntyre’s run until then. The Scottish Warrior is an incredible talent, and it doesn’t look like WWE will drop the ball on him. It will be interesting to see how things shape up in the coming months.
