Dwayne Johnson has come a long way to establish himself as a very successful superstar both in Hollywood and WWE. His journey to the top of the kingdom was not a cakewalk. He went through a lot in his early days and that has made him what he is today. Back in 2019 he was at the Los Angeles Lakers Genius Series to motivate a large sect of crowd that included a majority of youngsters.

Dwayne has played football at the college level and wanted to pursue this as his career. But destiny had other plans for him. He recalled his days from the practices in the University of Miami where he was learning defense. His teammate Warren Sapp was recently shifted to the defense sector and he told Dwayne that he will take his spot. The two fought and Sapp took his spot. With this Dwayne’s dream of NFL came crashing. He left CFL and had just 7 bucks for him and his wife.
Dwayne’s motivating factor has been his hard days. Remembering these days helped him dream of the moments he has worked so hard for. He also believes that if his back is against the wall that the direction of life gets straightened as there is no way back. The only way is to go ahead. “And I don’t give a fu*k who is in front of me. They are not gonna stop me,” added Dwayne Johnson.
Talking of growth, he said that for him knowing the driving force or the starting point is the basis to work towards excellence. His key to success is “Getting up at 4 o’clock in the morning before anyone else and grounding”. He is determined that no one should outwork him. He started hitting the gym at the young age of 6 and had crushed his dream when he was 22.
He was yet to make large bucks to provide a comfortable living to his parents and he achieved that. He worked hard every single day to make that one day perfect. The WWE superstar believes that in order to achieve the goal you must “commit to something and commit to the goal.”
