Dwayne Johnson is often called The People’s Champ and the title is not wrong as well as the wrestler turned star enjoys extreme popularity not just in wrestling but now also due to many successful Hollywood projects which has helped him to make it big in Hollywood. But his nickname The People’s Champ has now taken a bizarre turn as the fans former WWE Champion wants The Rock To run for the President post of United States. In a survey last year at least,40% of the people voted in favor of the rock to become the next US President.
The discussion even reached The Brahma Bull and last year he said that he would make a good president. But, not it seems that Dwayne is not interested to run for the biggest post in the country. While appearing on the LADbible TV, Dwayne and Kevin Hart had a light discussion on if The Rock would make a good president or not. While Kevin Hart was of the opinion that The People’s Champ is great fit for president, he said- “I want to see the crash and burn, baby. I think [The Rock] is more than capable of doing whatever he puts his mind to; that’s why I’m over on that side.”

Dwayne Johnson says he won’t make a good presidential candidate
The Rock would then go on to straightaway disagree from the point and said that it doesn’t mean if someone has good leadership skills would necessary run for president. The Rock said- ‘[I] Disagree, “Just because I have leadership qualities doesn’t make me necessarily a good presidential candidate.” Earlier Mick Mulvaney, a former White House Chief Of Staff, had reflected upon the possibility of Dwayne fighting a presidential election owing to his huge popularity across the masses.
There are also people like Stephen Cobalt who straight away rejected the idea of projecting The Rock as the next President of the country. But, now Dwayne clearly speaking on the matter has definitely cleared some air around the issue and he is not going in for the political run anytime soon. The People’s Champ will next be seen in the newest addition to DC Universe- Black Adam, which is all set to hit the theatres on 21 st October 2022.
