“I’m still kind of pinching myself,” Emma reveals her unbelievable experience since WWE return

Emma is one of the many released superstars whom Triple H brought back. In her previous run, the management didn’t exploited her full potential. Nevertheless, she didn’t took her WWE excempt as a setback. The Australian superstar further worked for Ring of Honor and Impact Wrestling.

However, as soon as WWE underwent a regime change and Emma’s Impact Wrestling deal was up, she knew what’s next for her. Back on the October 28th edition of Friday Night SmackDown, she answered Ronda Rousey’s open challenge for the SmackDown Women’s Title. Although, she put up a valiant effort, it wasn’t enough to get past The Baddest Woman on the Planet.

Shortly after, WWE began pairing her up with Madcap Moss, who was her real-life boyfriend. The couple has been a blessing to watch for and it has garnered a fair amount of praise all around. Reflecting on the same experience, Emma had a chat with Ryan Satin on his Out of Character podcast. She would reveal the following,

“I’m still kind of pinching myself sometimes because I really enjoy what I do. Even Madcap and I, we joked about it so many times, ‘imagine if we worked together’ and all these storylines we joked about and things we would do, and then I actually end up back, on the same show as him, and then in a storyline together, which we had never discussed. We joked about, but we never really thought it would happen and we didn’t discuss it with other people.”

Emma has rising tensions with Scarlett and Karrion Kross

Even though Emma has got what she once dreamt for, everything hasn’t gone her way. After Madcap Moss got mauled by Karrion Kross and Scarlett on a handful of occasions, she had to oversee her. It felt like WWE was simply going to have a mixed tag-team match between the involved superstars.

Although, we’re yet to see this, Scarlett has already made her in-ring return against Emma recently on a house show. Things further got heated last week. In a backstage segment, Emma fiercely slapped Scarlett, following which Kross stated that she had no idea what she just did.

Also, the Doomsday Karrion Kross is also aiming at Rey Mysterio at the same time. The direction is not clear at the moment and could end abruptly. However, with someone like Triple H handling the creative process, fans can expect a satisfying ending to the ongoing saga.
