The wrestling industry witnessed one of the most dumbfounding years in the form of 2022. Well, WWE in particular fell victim to that. Back in June, company’s Chairman and CEO announced his unexpected retirement. After ruling the business for nearly 4 decades, the 77-year old stepped down the throne. This was believed as the by-product of multiple hush money allegations lined up against him.

Nevertheless, Triple H succeeded McMahon as the new creative head of the company. Ever since then, the product has seen a significant overall improvement. Many released superstars were brought back, numerous NXT call-ups and more-focused storyline progression was seen. As we stand, the WWE Universe is happy by the so far presentation of the Triple H era and future looks great as ever.

Despite everything running in a positive direction for WWE, there was some initial doubt among many about company’s immediate tomorrow once Vince went away. The stock price was one of the key terms factored into consideration. Mass believed the figure to stunk bad, as opposed to what it’s been currently. Former WCW executive and Raw General Manager Eric Bischoff also discussed the same topic recently. While speaking on his After 83 Weeks podcast, Bischoff seemed startled by the continuous rise in WWE’s current stock price.

“I didn’t think I’d actually see it in my lifetime. I’m 10 years younger than Vince, but I’m still convinced he’s gonna outlive me by 30 or 40 years… I never thought I’d see the day that he resigns. A more interesting story, I think, is how well the stock price has done since he left.”

According to the Wall Street Journal, several new accusations were made against Vince McMahon. Amidst of the same, McMahon conveyed the message that he hopes for a WWE comeback. People inside the promotion were made aware of the same.

Vince’s point included the plea that he received some bad advice from his closed ones to resign at the first place. Once the media outlets broke the news of a potential Vince McMahon return, the WWE Universe started revolting. When Fightful Select asked a WWE source about the same, they were told that it would be “immature” and “selfish” from Vince to return.

Various higher-esques denied the idea of having him back. And their notion was quite obvious to be honest. After a long time, the company is looking rejuvenated and superstars are positive than ever. The environment is at it’s all-time high and Triple H has listened to the voices of their fans, for the most part.
