Top WWE rivals set to appear on popular American TV show Family Feud hosted by Steve Harvey

Steve Harvey’s American comedy show Family Feud is quite popular among the masses. The show’s format sees two families competing against each other in which they answer survey based questions to get the ultimate prize. Started in 1976, the show is in its 23rd season and still continues to enjoy massive popularity.
While the show invites common families to play the game, there are special episodes where celebrity guests also make an appearance as well. Now, the next episode of the Celebrity Family Feud will see top WWE superstars competing against each other on the popular show. The Miz and Rey Mysterio will go head to head against each other on the show as they both will compete for charity.
The Miz and Rey Mysterio set to go head to head on Celebrity Family Feud
While Rey’s team consists of his wife Angie Gutierrez, his kids Dominik Mysterio, and Aalyah Gutierrez, and Daniel Mallory (who is a family friend of Mysterio’s since a long time), The Miz’s team consists of his father George Mizanin, mother Barbara Pappas,his cousin Don Mizanin, and his mother-in-law, Majolain Martin.
Rey Mysterio’s team is competing for Make-A-Wish foundation while The Miz’s team is supporting Conor’s Cure for charity purposes. Interestingly both the foundations are supported by WWE since a long time. While Make A Wish foundation focuses on fulfilling dreams and wishes of young children who are dealing with chronic illnesses, Connor’s Cure started by V foundation and WWE focuses on pediatric cancer research.
The Miz and Rey Mysterio last faced each other at WrestleMania 38 in tag team action where Rey Mysterio along with his son Dominik Mysterio to take on the team of Logan Paul and The Miz. Paul and Miz were able to defeat the Mysterio’s with Miz turning on his partner after the match. However, now Mysterio’s are now in a rivalry with The Judgement Day while The Miz was recently kidnapped by Dexter Lumis on the latest edition of RAW.
The special episode of Family Feud will air on ABC Network at 8 p.m. ET. Not only this, but the second part of the show will also see sports veterans Orel Hershiser and Kurt Warner competing against each other as well.
