Finn Balor and Damian Priest have held the Undisputed Tag Team Championship for a long time. With several title defenses, the Judgment Day has managed to remain successful as Tag Team Champions. Once again, the duo put their tag team gold on the line as one of NXT’s best tag teams, the Creed Brothers, faced them.
On the most recent episode of Monday Night Raw, Damian Priest and Finn Balor took on the Creed Brothers in a tag team title match. Accompanied by Rhea Ripley, the Judgment Day showed signs of dominance, but the Creeds were ready with Ivy Nile on their side.
The Creed Brothers gave a tough competition to the Judgment Day by manhandling them. They nearly defeated the champions after a series of maneuvers. Unfortunately, the match took a drastic turn after Finn Balor landed a Coup de Grace on Julius Creed allowing Damian Priest to finish the match with a South of Heaven finisher.
In the final moments, Priest pinned Julius to win the match. However, the latter was seen kicking out the pin as the referee counted the final count. Despite the controversial finish, the match delivered and proved why the team is one of the most promising aspects of WWE.
