Fastlane 2023 continued to deliver on all fronts. John Cena and LA Knight teamed up to face The Bloodline duo of Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso. With the WWE Universe behind them throughout the match, Cena and Knight secured an astounding victory against the members of the heel faction.

Prior to the start, Pat McAfee made a surprise return and addressed the crowd. Furthermore, he ended up on commentary for the marquee bout. The live crowd was heavily cheering on John Cena and LA Knight. However, The Bloodline dominated during the early proceedings of the fight. Sikoa and Jimmy decimated the sixteen-time World Champion.

From out of nowhere, John Cena delivered an Attitude Adjustment to the former tag team champion. Despite that, Solo Sikoa was able to keep the Cenation Leader from tagging his partner. Finally, the Megastar made his presence known and turned the match around in their favor. The bout became more fast-paced, with each participant delivering their signature maneuvers.

At the end, John Cena delivered a “five-knuckle shuffle” on Jimmy Uso, with LA Knight hitting the “BFT” to pick up the win. Evidently, Paul Heyman and Solo Sikoa were disappointed with the 38-year-old. After the match, Knight shook Cena’s hand, showing his respect to the legend.

Without a doubt, the WWE Universe went berserk for the sixteen-time World Champion. Moreover, many believe that Cena can still compete at the highest level.
