WWE has a strong tradition of celebrating superstars, which also, includes delivering birthday wishes. Recently, they delivered a birthday wish to a 44-year-old star which wasn’t taken well by the current Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champion, Finn Balor.

The star who was being wished is none other than OC’s Karl Anderson. Balor who came across the birthday wish, got infuriated at the poor timing of the WWE social media team. His response was a stern one against the responsible as he called them complete “idiots“.

You are two days late, Idiots!

Balor and Anderson have a long history of working together. Fans familiar with NJPW, remember them from their days in the Bullet Club together. Despite being in different and often, rival stables, it seems both the stars have maintained the off-screen affinity to this date.

Both the concerned superstars are in different brands at this point. While Anderson has been away from the action due to his partner being possibly injured, Balor has been ruling the Tag Team Division alongside the Money in the Bank holder, Damian Priest. Their last defense was against the rising duo of Creed Brothers.

The Good Brothers made their return in 2022 against the Judgment Day. It was an answer to Finn Balor’s taunts around AJ Styles being all alone. However, the Good Brothers soon joined him to shut Balor’s mouth and deliver a massive statement. The stunned response by Balor was because of their long history of association.

The Bullet Club established by Balor, aka Prince Devitt was a major faction in Japan and had Anderson in its ranks. He was the Second Leader of the Faction. The two men would go on to wrestle many matches together, side-by-side and even toe-to-toe. Their last match in WWE was on 24th October 2022, where Balor picked a decisive win. On the other hand, Anderson and Luke Gallows joined the alliance in November of 2013 when they participated in the World Tag League.

Both the teams have seemingly buried the hatchet as they explore opportunities in their respective brands. Balor restarted the conversation as he retorted against the WWE Social Media team. Time will tell when both stars might come face to face again inside the ring.
