The Shield shocked the world with their debut at Survivor Series 2012. Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, and Dean Ambrose took out Ryback on their first day. After that, the trio made wonders and took the tag team division to a different level.
This month marks 10 years since the legendary faction’s debut. The Hounds of Justice laid out everyone during their run in the company. The three men had a career-defining run as the Shield, which can’t be deleted from the history books of the company.
Commenting on the 10-year anniversary, former WWE Champion Dean Ambrose (a.k.a. Jon Moxley) opened up on the early days of the Shield. The AEW star said that their early days were pretty intense. Here’s what he said during an interview on Sports Illustrated:
“Looking back, it was like we were kids. The first few months of The Shield were fucking intense. It was a different time back then. We weren’t necessarily welcomed with open arms by everybody, but we didn’t give a fuck. We were going to push the pace and have good fucking matches. Before long, everybody wanted to start working with us.”
The Shield was seen together for the last time in 2019. The trio defeated the team of Drew McIntyre, Bobby Lashley, and Baron Corbin. Their last match was showcased as a live event ‘The Shield’s Final Chapter’.
The Members of the Shield are making headlines every single day

After a lot of hard work in their early days, the three men have set some standards for their performances. The three superstars are now untouchable main eventers. All three of them are on top of their respective companies. Young talent dreams of sharing the ring with them.
