Ex-WWE Superstar John Hennigan (fka John Morrison) defeated the host of the YouTube show Epic Meal Time's host Harley Morenstein in a boxing match at Creator Clash 2 event.

Former WWE superstar John Hennigan (fka John Morrison) defeated the host of the YouTube show Epic Meal Time’s host Harley Morenstein, in a boxing match at Creator Clash 2.

Creator Clash is an annual celebrity charity boxing event. The first season of the event took place in 2022. This year, the second season of the event took place in Tampa, Florida, on Saturday, April 15. In the heavyweight category, John Morrison went 1-on-1 against Harley Morenstein. The main event of the evening was between Alex Wassabi and iDubbbz.

Wrestling fans were surprised when they saw former WWE wrestler John Morrison lay hard hitting punches at Harley Morenstein at the event. WWE Hall of Famer, Hacksaw Jim Duggan introduced John Hennigan to the ring.

The fight went on for three rounds. John was dominant in the match throughout. In the first round, John dominated Harley without much effort. In the second round, too, he was able to deal serious damage to the YouTube personality. Finally, in the third round, Hennigan came out victorious by defeating Morenstein via TKO.

After, the match, however, John appreciated his opponent for putting on a great fight with him. Moreover, he also challenged KSI to a match. He also undermined The Paul Brothers by stating that they were not even worth a match with him as they have been conquered several times in the past.

Hennigan said: “Jake Paul was beaten. Logan was beaten by KSI which is why I’m now cranking KSI up to full speed. Do you hear me? Come on”. Just for context, Olajide Olayinka Williams “JJ” Olatunji (aka KSI) is a boxer, rapper, and YouTube icon. He is popularly known for his work with the YouTube channel ‘Sidemen’. He is loved by his fans for his boxing matches with the likes of Paul Logan.

John Morrison initially left WWE in 2011 and competed in other promotions, including Impact and Lucha Underground. He had traveled throughout the world and made his name as a high-flying superstar. He then again returned to WWE in January 2020. Although fans had high expectations from WWE to make him a top star, his run fell short. And in November 2021, along with other superstars, John Morrison was released from the company. Fans hope to see the highly talented John Morrison back in the WWE ring soon.
