“i Love This Kid” Goldberg Reflects On Bron Breakker Using His Finishing Maneuver

Goldberg has heaped praise on NXT Champion Bron Breakker by saying that he is intelligent and is knowledgeable.
The spear is one of the most powerful and devastating finishers of all time and its originator Goldberg has often used it to annihilate his opponents. Although many other superstars like The Rated R Superstar Edge and The Animal Batista have used the move as their finishers as well, it has also been used by the current Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns.
But even after the move being adopted by so many people his true successor is still not defined yet. However, wrestling pundits and observers have often compared NXT Champion Bron Breakker to Goldberg’s character for his strength and in-ring fighting style.
The NXT-Champion has also been using the move for quite some time now and the originator of the move has now reacted to the NXT Champion using his move and what he feels about it. The former Universal Champion made an appearance on the Roman Atwood Podcast and heaped praise on the NXT Champion. Goldberg said that he sees a reflection of himself in Breakker.
He further said that Bron is unbelievably athletic and is one of the smartest wrestlers currently on the roster. He further mentioned that he has no problem with The NXT Champion using his finishing move and even said that WWE wanted Breakker to use The Jackhammer as well.
The Spear Master spoke on the podcast- “He’s me, basically. They wanted him to Jackhammer people. I love this kid. He went up and he tried to play for Baltimore, I think he was a free agent for the Ravens. The kid is unbelievably athletic, but he’s one of the smartest kids, man.”
He further said that the NXT star is knowledgeable as he has grown around the business. To those unaware, Breakker is the son of Legend Rick Steiner. Reflecting on Bron’s childhood Goldberg said that he used to hangout with Bron’s dad (Rick Steiner) and Breakker himself, when he was of the same age as his son.

Bron Breakker recently defended the NXT Championship, considers Goldberg as an influential Figure
Breakker was recently seen competing in a triple threat match against Ilja Dragonuv and JD McDonagh at The Halloween Havoc where he defended his NXT Title successfully. He said described on multiple occasions that how Goldberg has had a significant impact on his career and what he means to him. The former Universal Champion on the other hand has also appreciated Bron Breakker and his ability to hit “manly spears”.
